We rolled out of bed this morning to close on the sale of our home, exhausted from packing our PODS and getting it ready for a new family. Tina and her team did a phenomenal job with communication. Whether it be text, call or email - They were on it. My wife and I never had an issue with showings. She literally spent a whole day driving us to view all the listings to our heart’s desire. That on it’s own warrant’s a 10 star. The most stressful part about this whole process is when our home hit the market and when the home we placed an offer on was accepted. Again - Tina and her team did a great job with communication and took care of most the leg work. Selling our home was a new experience and let’s just say it worked out WAYYYY better than expected. If you are planning on using a iBuyer think twice, seriously. You will lose out on a ton of $$$. Luckily we did not learn the hard way.
