This 1935 structure began as a residence but several years ago had a zoning change to commercial general. However, the structure was never improved completely to office type status and was later sold as a foreclosure property. Although it has not been used actively as a commercial property the zoning is still CG. The structure needs a new roof and has some interior flooring damage, as well as the front porch. Use caution when walking on porch. There is no central heat and air and the value is mostly in the land.
