Tina and her team did a phenomenal job with communication. Whether it be text, call or email – They were on it. My wife and I never had an issue with showings. She literally spent a whole day driving us to view all the listings to our heart’s desire. That on it’s own warrant’s a 10 star. The most stressful part about this whole process is when our home hit the market and when the home we placed an offer on was accepted. Again – Tina and her team did a great job with communication and took care of most the leg work. Selling our home was a new experience and let’s just say it worked out WAYYYY better than expected. If you are planning on using a iBuyer think twice, seriously. You will lose out on a ton of $$$. Luckily we did not learn the hard way. Tracy’s journey is one of dedication, growth, and passion for helping others. After immigrating to the United States in the 90s, she pursued her education, earning a B.A. from the University of Florida and a Master’s from Webster University. She began her career by joining the Peace Corps, volunteering to teach English in Thailand, and later spent nearly 15 years teaching high school and middle school math. Tracy then transitioned to the mortgage industry, working as a loan officer for over five years before obtaining her real estate license to contribute to the growth of Golden Pen Realty.
In addition to her diverse real estate roles, Tracy is a passionate Wellness Coach who enjoys guiding others toward healthier lifestyles through nutrition and wellness. Outside of work, she loves cooking, traveling, reading, gardening, ballroom dancing, and relaxing on the beach. Tracy cherishes spending time with her family, especially her niece AiLien and nephew Andrew, whom she adores spoiling. Quoc (Jason) Pham

Quoc (Jason) Pham came to the United States in the 90’s with his mother and 2 younger sisters. He attended the University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering. After working several years in manufacturing, he decided to have a career change for more freedom of his time with family, so he went and got a real estate license. He worked for a couple of well-known brokerage firms in Jacksonville Florida, and continued on with an Associate Broker licensed, he then joined Golden Pen Realty team many years now.
Jason’s years working in Real Estate had helped him gain valuable skills which allow him to provide the best service to his clients.
His goal is to help his sellers or buyers feel confident and well informed from the beginning to end of the real estate transaction. His strong work ethic, positive attitude and attention to details is a type of Realtor who you should look for to work alongside with you in any real estate transaction.
Besides working, Jason likes to stay informed, so he spends his free time reading news and researching the markets. He also likes to spend time volunteering for the community, or helping with the Phamily Pantry, a nonprofit organization that his family had formed.
